Thrive360 Case Studies
Over the past 3 years, Thrive360 has conducted multiple case studies in corporations, hospitals, and in our own Thrive360 Virtual Reality Lounge™. Below are some of the results we’ve seen.
Goodwill Central Texas
In December of 2018, Thrive360 conducted a 4-week pilot study with Goodwill Central Texas employees. There were 32 participants in total, all at the counselor level or above. Participants were able to do the Anxiety Relief track or the Weight Loss track.
Results were as follows:
66% Decrease in Feelings of Anxiety
38% Decrease in Feelings of Depression
22% Increase in Self Esteem
97% More successfully managed levels of stress, anxiety, and health with access to our Workplace Wellness Program
100% of Participants reported our program benefited their daily lives
University Federal Credit Union (UFCU)
In early 2020, UFCU participated in a pilot study for anxiety and stress relief.
The main pain point that UFCU was trying to solve was a critical turnover problem.
In the call center department where the study took place, they were dealing with about a 40% rate of turnover. A year after participating in the study, the turnover rate was reduced from 40% to 5%.
Because they were so pleased with the results, UFCU has moved into a second phase pilot study with branch and at-home employees. Simultaneously, they are undergoing a weight loss specific study. Both studies are still underway.
Thrive360 Virtual Reality Lounge™
Thrive360 maintained a Thrive360 Virtual Reality Lounge™ in 2019 and early 2020. We invited employees from nearby businesses to participate each week for a particular program, including Anxiety Relief, Stress Relaxation, Happiness, Sleep Improvement, Weight Loss, and Smoking Cessation.
82% returned each week to complete their programs, and some even continued participating in additional programs after completing their initial.
